Mr. Peanut Scale. The Planter’s peanut products are among the most recognizable in America.
Drop coin on top of top hat to check weight. These scales were only used at the Planters stores and most were destroyed. This fantastic Mr. Peanut’s scale has always been a very desirable collectible. Around the 1960′s early 70′s someone acquired original Hamilton base, marquee, valuable original parts using casting of later vintage and made a small number. The tremendous cost resulted in only a few of these being produced. This is one of those rare pieces that remains a desirable and valuable scale. Size: 44″ tall. Condition: Excellent. SOLD
